  2. We will contact you promptly to advise you if your selected Cottage and dates are available. We will request a deposit of 30% if your holiday dates are 4 or more weeks away or full payment if within 4 weeks. This can be made by return post.
  3. Bookings will not be confirmed until your payment has been received.
  4. The balance payment is due 4 weeks before the arrival date. Where the balance payment is not received, North Yorkshire Moors Holiday Cottages reserve the right to re-let the property and retain the deposit.
  5. Prices include electricity, bedding and towels.
  6. Parking for one vehicle is provided per cottage. Any further vehicles must be parked in the public car park in the village. In quiet periods we may have further parking spaces available, bookable in advance.
  7. In the event that you should have to cancel your holiday the return of the deposit is at the discretion of North Yorkshire Moors Cottages. Cancellations in the last 4 weeks prior to arrival will not be refunded. We recommend that separate travel insurance is taken, covering cancellations.
  8. In the event of North Yorkshire Moors Cottages having to cancel your booking for whatever reason, we will endeavour to arrange alternative accommodation for the hirer in an equivalent type and quality of property in a nearby location or give a full refund. In no event will we be held liable for expenses that exceed the rental paid.
  9. Payment of the deposit indicates your acceptance of our Booking Terms and Conditions.
  10. We do not charge a booking fee.
